Returning an unwanted jewellery?

We understand that sometimes something does not work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is in its original condition we accept return for free subject to the rules below which none of these affect your statutory right. 

If you return jewellery within 14 days of delivery, we will give you a full refund. Your refund will be issued using your original payment method. Koa aims to refund within 14 days of receiving the refund pieces.  We do not accept returns that have passed the return period. 

What to consider!

Hygiene and our customers' safety is super important, so all earrings purchased can not be returned for refunds. Also, if any other jewellery is returned damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able yo give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you. All items are inspected on return. Therefore, it is important that to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and ins the same condition you received. 

Want to exchange an Item?

At the current time we are not offering exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive to our warehouse. If you need it in a different size or style, simply place a new order!
